House located in Bradenton city. 5 minutes away from IMG Academy. 7 minutes away from Golf Course. 10 min away from Indian Beach. 10 min away from Sarasota/Bradenton Airport. 20 minutes away from Anna Maria Island and Lido Key Beach. 30 min from Siesta Key Beach. A lot of stores and restaurants in the area. We have super fast internet and a work space with desk and chair so if you work remotely.

No exceptions. 1000$ fine for braking the house rules. We do provide complimentary supply such as (toilet paper, paper towels, detergent, dish washer pads, shower gel) for the first time use only.
