All house, patio and backyard area can be used by the guests. Private heated pool and spa (Please note that during outside temperature drops below 75F Spa and Pool may not be able to heat the water to desire temperature). Fenced yard. Spa and Pool heater can be turn on by remote located on the kitchen counter. Please noted that you can only heat the water in the pool on in the spa at the same time.

We do allow pets for additional fee. Please let us know at least 14 days before your reservation start date. We do charge $199/pet/stay. All pets fee needs to be paid before reservation start date. Please note that you are fully responsible for any damages. No parties allowed in the property. No exceptions. 1000$ fine for braking the house rules. We do provide complimentary supply such as (toilet paper, paper towels, detergent, dish washer pads, shower gel) for the first time use only. $250 fee will be applied for parking on the grass.
